Re-Screening Procedure


​Complete steps 1-3 prior to completing the re-screening form:

Step 2: Read the CEF Child Protection Policy
Step 3: Read the CEF Worker's Compliance Agreement
Step 4: Complete the re-screening form below

A few important notes before you begin the online re-screening application:
  • The system will time-out after approximately 10 minutes of no activity.
  • The re-screening form process must be completed in 30 minutes or less.
  • If you experience problems with the driver's license fields, they may be skipped.
  • Since this is a re-screening, you may type "5 yr" in the following fields: testimony, ministry experience and all references.
